Musical Movie Filmed at the Gibbon Bridge

On an otherwise peaceful winter’s day, the Gibbon Bridge came alive with the sound of music as solo artists from across the region gathered to perform in our Orangery.

From harpists to saxophonists and singers to pianists – the string of talented artists showcased their harmonious skills for a brand new promotional film.

The Orangery – popular with couples marrying over the winter – was chosen for its contemporary and elegant design and superior acoustics.

Jamie Turner, Managing Director of Actual Music – a team of event planners and musicians – chose the Gibbon Bridge over every other high end wedding venue in the North West.

Jamie said: “I couldn’t think of anywhere better. Our artists perform at hotels all over the region, but with the outdoor Garden Bandstand and indoor Orangery – the hotel and grounds were aesthetically perfect.

“I’d like to thank Janet for kindly allowing us to film there.”
