PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPING STAFF (Flexible Hours) Some Weekends
You will be joining a dedicated team at our award-winning 30-bedroom hotel in the heart of the Ribble Valley who are committed to ensuring high standards.
Duties will include those associated with the cleanliness and upkeep of bedrooms, public areas, function rooms and restaurant facilities in the hotel including work in the laundry.

PART-TIME WEEKEND WAITING ON STAFF (Flexible Hours)

Duties will include greeting customers in our bar and restaurant, taking bookings, serving drinks and food, taking orders, and clearing tables.

PART-TIME CHEF DE PARTIE
The successful Chef will be working within a busy restaurant which aims to serve the finest food in the area. The hotel boasts two private dining rooms offering fine dining with fabulous view and gardens, a unique alfresco dining area, function facilities seating 200 covers and a restaurant seating 100 covers offering modern British dishes.
Your role may include:
– Making sure that mis en plas and equipment are fully prepared before each service;
– Catering for functions and events;
– Working with all fresh and locally sourced produce; including produce from hotels’ own kitchen garden
– Liaising with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and implement new menu and dishes where necessary;
– Completing all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks for the section to the required standard within the given time.
The ideal Chef de Partie must;
Have been working within a similar role for two years ideally within a very busy hotel;
– Fully understand fresh ingredients and how they can work together;
– Have a high standard of food preparation and be able to deal with high volumes of orders;
– Have a relaxed and easy going nature-be able to work well in a small team;
– Work 5/7 days- this will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays;
– Have their own Whites, Knives and safety shoes.
– Competitive hourly, dependent on experience;
– 40-50 hour contract with, 28 days holiday;
– Free onsite car parking;
– Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
Good rates of pay are offered.
Own transport is essential.
