The Gibbon Bridge Hotel’s award-winning streak has continued into 2016 after reaching the finals of the prestigious LBV Red Rose Awards.

2015 saw the independently-owned country hotel scoop a string of gongs including North West in Bloom’s Glass Trophy, a gold award for ‘Best Large Accommodation and Grounds,’ and Lancashire’s Best Kept Hotel in the Best Kept Village Award.

Now proprietor Janet Simpson, and her hard-working team, have been shortlisted for the Tourism and Leisure Business Award.

The category is sponsored by 3ManFactory – a creative design and communications company based in Preston – and open to businesses and venues within the tourism, leisure, sports, hospitality and entertainment markets.

Winners of the Red Rose Awards will be announced on March 10th.
